Job title: Project/Program Manager
Location: Fort Mill, SC or San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 Month(s)

 Required experience:
At least 3 to 5 year experience in a program management role and overall 10 year in project management with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management of medium complex projects.

Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects. Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

Coordinate cross-project activities. Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff . Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities. Apply change, risk and resource management . Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors

Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI . Resolve projects' higher scope issues

Prepare reports for program directors

Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.  Has a successful track record of completing projects on time and on budget.  Proven people, communication and organization skills. 

Is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

A 4 year Bachelor's degree in a technical or technical managerial field.

Experience in the Financial Services Industry is highly recommended. 

Proficient in Wealth Management / Broker Dealer domain knowledge
