Role: IT Business Analyst

Location: Richfield, MN

JD::

1.        Must be able to abstract complex processes into logical and methodical capabilities and functions (abstract thinking).  

2.        Must have software development experience, preferably with middleware or integration-heavy systems.  BA/BSA experience is a must, but experience as a developer and/or automation QA engineering is highly preferred.

3.        Must have experience writing business and technical requirements in an Agile Delivery model; including heavy data analysis, sequence diagrams/process flows, detail functional specifications (data).

4.        Must have data analysis/mapping experience, including analysis of both persistent and transient data, and a deep understanding of back-end data processing, and business rules for data transformation.

5.        Excellent facilitation and presentation skills – CRITICAL

6.        Excellent organizational skills - CRITICAL

7.        Self-sufficient/self-starter – CRITICAL

8.        Works well with Project Managers and requires little direction/takes initiative – CRITICAL

9.        Technical experience is required.  Working specifically with Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, or JSON is a plus.

10.      Fast and efficient, but thorough and methodical with superior time management skills  

11.      Produces high-quality work, thinking through all scenarios and ensuring complete coverage of requirements.

12.      Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

13.      Experience working with Offshore development team
