Job Title: Peoplesoft Senior Developer

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

• The company is planning to upgrade the current PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management Solutions (FMS) system to version PeopleSoft 9.2. F

Position Summary

• The senior PeopleSoft developer must have version 9.2 experience in a public sector environment and be considered a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PeopleSoft enterprise development. Successful candidates must have 12 years' experience in similar developer roles. 

• The successful candidate will fulfill the role of PeopleSoft developer and will have development experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine and Application Package. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage respective PeopleSoft development to deployment including driving all related project tasks, objectives and milestones. Direct and guide PeopleSoft 9.2 development decisions as they related to the client business processes. Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team

• Provide project estimates for changes in business process and / or additional new functionality. Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to development scope. Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions

• Work with software vendor to submit defects in delivered functionality. Provide other project related experience as necessary

Mandatory Qualifications

• 12 years' experience with PeopleSoft developer roles

• 2 years' combined experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 FMS or SCM applications in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)

• 1 PeopleSoft version 9.2 implementation or upgrade project deployed

• 8 years' combined experience with PeopleCode or Application Engine

• 5 years' experience with PeopleSoft Application Package

• 8 years' experience with Application Designer development

• 1 years' experience with Application Designer on PeopleTools 8.54 or higher

• 5 years' experience with PeopleSoft Data Mover scripts

• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week

Desired Skills

• Experience in full lifecycle upgrades/implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)

• Experience with data warehouse solutions including PeopleSoft EPM and Oracle OBIEE

• Experience with PeopleTools 8.55

• Experience with Fluid User Interface / Branding

• Experience with Pivot Grids
