Job Description: We are currently searching for an experienced Oracle ATG/ Endeca Senior Developer to work on-site at Verizon's Irving location. In this role, you will help develop, design, code, configure, test and maintain Oracle ATG and Endeca personalized content solutions in support of business initiatives. Successful candidates will have a talent for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, placing simplicity and configuration before bespoke coding and solutions. Because this position is highly collaborative and client facing, excellent communication skills are essential. 
Responsibilities & Requirements 
• Act as senior developer for Oracle ATG / Endeca based customer facing support application implementation 
• Develop and maintain Oracle ATG and Endeca component with focus on content and personalization 
• Demonstrate technical excellence in all areas of development 
• Implement business, data tier code, integrate ATG / Endeca personalization to support application development 
• Collaborate with other members of the Engineering team to ensure the new support site vision is properly implemented 
• Debug and tune application code and application performance 
• Work in an agile environment (for example, Scrum or Kanban) 
Qualifications & Experience 
• 5+ years of progressive experience in developing and delivering Oracle ATG / Endeca solutions in versions 10 and 11 
• Hands-on experience in extending and customizing ATG Personalization (including profile, targeters & Scenarios), BCC, and REST modules 
• Experience in Endeca, including development of cartridges, renders, pipeline and segment integration with ATG. 
• ATG Servers (Publishing, Display and Preview) / Endeca MDEX/ Graph configuration 
• ATG / Endeca publishing workflow 
• JSP development (JSTL/DSP/Droplets) 
• Adobe CQ5 experience a big plus 
• Development experience with Oracle SQL (10, 11 and 12), Cassandra a plus 
• Java 6, 7 and 8 (Java certification an advantage) 
• Web services including REST and SOAP 
• Integration and messaging including DMS/JMS/Message Brokers/Middleware 
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript: ajax/json/jquery/POJO 
• Source control including Subversion/GIT 
• Linux/UNIX shell scripting and command-line tools (Maven/Jenkins/Ant) 
• Proficiency in test-driven development and unit testing 
• Oracle Java and Oracle ATG certification preferred 
• Endeca certification a big plus
