Location: Hillsboro, OR

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire

Job Description

• Position is a blended role for a Software Engineering Test Lead.
  
• Responsibilities include assessing the integrated test needs, understanding the software features and architecture, defining a test strategy, and working with solution providers to get test environments setup.
  
• Will need to align with and work with 3 main solution providers to develop and implement the test strategy and environments.
  
• Will need to work with solution providers and end users to define test scope and create test cases / scripts.
  
• Be the SME for understanding the test process, environment and be able to explain it to the group so they understand what needs to be done and how. Drive and participate in testing.
  

High level key deliverables:

1. Define and operationalize an integrated solution testing strategy, 

2. Deliver integrated test plan to meet quality goals,

3. Facilitate / drive set-up of viable testing environment(s), 

4. Facilitate / drive capturing of test cases / scripts,

5. Facilitate / drive the integrated test process to ensure quality goals are met,

6. Test and facilitate solution providers and end users in test execution,

7. Manage test plan and progress against testing goals 

Key requirement is that this person has experience in testing and managing the test process. The test lead experience will have been from working on projects that were:

• Agile delivery (i.e., incremental delivery of features)
  
• Multi-solution provider (i.e., integrated solution consisting of solutions provided by multiple teams)
