Our top client, located in the Franklin, TN. is currently seeking a .Net with C# resource to join their organization. I have included a complete job description below in case you or someone you know might be interested in learning more.

Job Role:  .Net with C# 
Location: Franklin, TN
Duration: 6+ Months

Immigration:  Must be USC/TN/GC

Responsibilities
Lead development team to achieve key business objectives 
Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives 
Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making 
Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams 
Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions - solve complex production issues 
Function as a mentor for junior developers, providing assistance where needed 
Handle smaller projects completely on their own, including interactions with other teams and 3rd parties for design and architecture 
Lead and support development team to strong agile maturity 
Lead development team in high collaboration with quality engineers to as a part of agile maturity.

 Must have:
7+ years of development experience 
5+ years of web development experience 
5+ years development experience with C# / .NET 
5+ years SQL Server development experience 
Ability and willingness to work on new development as well as maintenance and support 
Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 6+ years equivalent experience

Nice to have:
Strong Experience with Microsoft SSIS 
Strong Experience with Web Services such as WCF 
Strong Experience with WPF 
Strong Experience with APS.Net MVC 
Strong Agile understanding and experience 
Experience working in multi-cultural environments
