Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:-Telephonic followed by face to face/Skype USC/GC/Ead-GC-Only MUST HAVE STRONG COMM SKILLS Description 1. Provide technical expertise within an assigned business unit/area in the analysis, design, and development of business applications. (10% 2. Accountable for major development responsibilities of large/complex projects or across multiple, nearly simultaneous smaller projects. (10%) 3. Provide technical consulting support on projects or system issues. (10%)  4. Evaluate application software packages and make recommendations to management. (5%) 5.  Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions. (10%)  6. Participate in business and IT project estimation activities, from the position of being a subject matter expert. (10%)  7. Ability to act as a liaison between IT and the other departments. (5%)  8. Ability to be mentor new developers. (5%)  9. Must be an independent, innovative, creative thinker with little to no supervision and prioritize all tasks. (10%)  10. Ability to deliver effective and compelling communication to all areas of the business. (5%)  11. Monitors and stays abreast of technological and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the organization. (10%)  12. Requires strong leadership, mentoring, organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and be a self-starter. (10%) Qualifications: • 6-8 Years of Experience  • 6-8 Years of Demonstrated knowledge and application of ETL Data Warehousing best practices  • 5-6 years of strong experience in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS  • 3-4 Years of strong experience in Big Data/ Hadoop stack (PIG, Hive, Spark...) in Horton works  • 3-4 Years of Data Warehouse/ Big Data Architectural experience  • 6-8 Years of Experience with SQL against relational databases preferably with MS SQL Server or Oracle database platforms 10g and above on Linux/Unix.  • 1-2 Years of Experience in utilizing IBM Info Sphere DataStage/Quality Stage/ISD 8.7 or above  • 1-2 year's exposure to Tableau BI or Logi or other dash boarding reporting experience is a plus  • Strong of Experience in collaboration with DBA's, data modelers, and business analysts  • Under minimal supervision, effectively analyze and resolve medium to moderately large risk production problems related to assigned   applications, assess alternatives and implement long-term solutions.  • Successful performance includes demonstrated ownership and timely responses to production problems and business unit inquiries   Preferred Academic Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical field.  • Certifications of any of the technical skills are preferred.
