Job Description

 

Oracle Modules Plan to implement:

>Oracle Advanced Collection

>Oracle Credit Management

 

Consultant will work under the direction of the Sherwin-Williams Project Lead following the SWIM methodology. Consultant will work with the Sherwin-Williams IT group in the implementation of the Integration of Credit and Collection with Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Advanced Collections.

Specific application functionality delivered will be determined based on Mexico TAG business requirements and agreed upon solutions by Sherwin-Williams IT group.

 

Technical Experience/Skills Required

10+ years IT experience.

•  5 years Oracle application experience with Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable (AR) , Adv Collection , Oracle Credit Management) ,

•  Channel Reveue Management) along with other financial modules among General Ledger (GL),Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Treasury (XTR).

•  Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills.

•  Expertise with configuration and setups for Oracle Financials modules.

•  3+ years experience in lead support of software applications.

•  Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.

•  Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.

•  Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture, as well as Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports).Understand various essential business functions of an organization.

 

Credit Management

  • Assist in the functional design, documentation and development of:
  • Implementation of credit application process
  • Implementation of periodic review process
  • Import of Dun and Bradstreet data - batch and online
  • Implementation of Sherwin-Williams credit scoring for recommendation automation
  • Implementation of Sherwin-Williams approval process utilizing Oracle Approvals Management Engine(AME)

 

Advanced Collections

  • Assist in the functional design, documentation and development of:
  • Implementation of Sherwin-Williams collections scoring engine(s)
  • Implementation of Sherwin-Williams collections strategies

 

>Implementation of Sherwin-Williams collector - customer assignment to publish work in the appropriate collector UWQ (Universal Work Queue?)

>Implementation of Oracle credit memo workflow for use within the dispute function of the Collections module

>Implementation of Sherwin-Williams outbound document (dunning, dispute confirmation, adjustment confirmation, promise to pay confirmation, payment confirmation) via email, print and fax (fax server required) utilizing Oracle BI Publisher.

 

Business Requirements Definition

>Perform gathering and documentation of Mexico TAG specific business requirements

>Identify and document gaps where standard application functionality does not meet business requirements

>Identify data conversion requirements

Deliverables

: RD045 Business Requirements Definition with Map/Gap

Solution Design and Development

>Propose / develop workarounds, application enhancements, or application customization's to bridge identified gaps

>Document identified enhancement / customization designs

>Document identified data conversion process

>Configure oracle applications modules based on identified business requirements and best practice processes

>Document application configuration, including required enhancement / customization implementation, updating whenever changes to application configuration occur

Deliverables:

>DS030 Application Configuration Document + AN100Functional Design Documents for agreed gaps

 

Business System Testing and Transition

>Perform unit testing with key process owners and business users, validating identified configuration / solution supports Diversified Brands business requirements

>Coordinate with key process owners and business users to develop test scripts

>Assist with Conference Room Pilot (CRP) with key process owners and business users to insure application configuration and functionality supports Diversified Brands business requirements

>Update application configuration or modify enhancements / customization's where gaps in functionality / process are identified during testing

>Configure User Acceptance Test environment

>Assist with User Acceptance Test (UAT) according to Mexico TAG process requirements

Deliverables

: Test Scripts (To be created by Mexico TAG with support from Sherwin-Williams IT group and Caliber Services).

 

Production Migration

>Support Mexico TAG key process owners / business users in end user training

>Support Mexico TAG key process owners / business users in production configuration

>Support Mexico TAG key process owners / business users in post-production support

Deliverables:

Training documents (To be created by Mexico TAG with support from Sherwin-Williams IT group)
