Our client, a leading provider of financial based software, is seeking a very Senior User Interface Developer with some design background. They must be capable of performing analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance and support. This position requires excellent communication skills. This position requires the ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with others to implement solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing, testing , maintaining and supporting software, based on technical design specifications
- Preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents
- Reviewing functional requirements, analysis and design documents and providing feedback
Minimum of five years of experience in software engineering using Java is essential. They require very strong development experience with HTML5, CSS3 and associated frameworks (more specifically, they are looking for someone who has solid ReactJS experience, as that is the JavaScript framework they use though they could take a solid Redux person.)
- Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills
- Experience with a modern HTML ES6 Framework (also known as ECMAScript2015)
- Experience with client usage of RESTful services and JSON
- Experience with UX Design and UI debugging tools
Very Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.
