Job Description:-

Skills :  Cisco Voice, Call Manager, Unity , ININ and Contact Center

EXPERIENCE - 8+ Years experience

• CCNP voice or Equivalent level or superior level knowledge with demonstrable experience will be considered.

• Experience with Cisco call Manager 

• End to End IP Telephony Service Infrastructure

• ININ contact center administration

• User account management, licensing, liason with internal organization,

• Troubleshooting functionality issues,

• Cisco Contact center UCCX

• Cisco CUCM Call Manager

• Cisco Voicemail Unity Connection

• Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers

• Project Enhancement task for Telephony

• Requirement gathering from multiple business partners

• Call flow , queue creation

• Managing and maintaining Dial Plans, Partitions, Calling Search Spaces, Route Patterns, and troubleshooting/working with Cisco TAC

• Provision new route patterns between ININ and Call Manager

• Liaison  with carriers for new no. provisioning

• Manage cisco unity voicemail

• Manage right fax

• Summary Usage and  Outage,

• Systems Availability

• MACD  Users, Phones and voice services

• Voice infrastructure Server operations

• Vendor Management for OEM incident resolution and HWSW contract renewals

• Voice application backup & recovery management

• Designing Call flow for contact centre as per business requirement

• Voice Network Assessment, Capacity planning and  recommendations

• Troubleshooting & Resolution of complex Voice network problems 

• RCA for identified Priority 1 issues

• Implement minor system upgrades 

• Deploy major upgrades globally with available resources and agreed upon timelines

• Deploy new voice services at remote offices.
