Mandatory Skills: –

3.       Cisco Service Commerce and Supply Chain in depth knowledge

4.       Strong communication and presentation skills

 

Project Description: –

·         The primary role of the analyst is doing end to end assessments of changes coming and understanding impacts to customers, partners and CPS.

·         Driving the end to end discussions with program teams and with CPS groups.

·         Making sure that all CPS pain points and customer & partner issues are addressed with program team.

·         Driving the changes till go-live and participating in normalization and further optimization.
