Job Description:

 

Technical/Functional Skills  -MUST HAVE SKILLS:

 

·         Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.

·         5 years of experience in IT.

·         5 years of experience in application development.

·         3 years of experience in SharePoint 2010 and 2013 development.

·         Visual Studio.object Oriented Design using the .Net framework and languages.

·         Web development.experience with migration tools.

Understanding of site collections and web applications.

Understanding of InfoPath forms

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Develop web parts, features, SP Apps, InfoPath forms, timer jobs, and applications for SharePoint 2013 using the SharePoint Client Site Object Model and Server Side Object Model

·         Develop server side code using .NET technologies with VB.net, C# and/or ASP.NET

·         Develop client side code for web applications using HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, PHP and other technologies.

·         Leverage web services to access data from other systems

·         Demonstrate a consulting mentality – willingness to continual raise the bar, customer service first, take ownership and demonstrate joint accountability, and constantly improve and innovate

·         Use strong communications and interpersonal skills

·         Leverage excellent problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills

·         Provide critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level

·         Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic to deliver on-time and above standard applications

·         Work within an Agile based development process

·         Maintain high ethical and moral standards expected to continue holding Active DoD Top Secret security clearance to gain access to client sites and networks

·         Use in-depth understanding of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 solve technical and business problems

·         Participate in other non-client projects that support IOP goals and objectives (internal initiatives, prototypes, etc.)
