JOB DESCRIPTION:-

·         Between 3 and 7 years of experience in Business Analysis.

·         Advanced PC skills (MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project)

·         SDLC

·         Create project documentation to BA CoE (Center of Excellence)  standards, elicit and document project scope and high level requirements in addition current and future state business processes and capability requirements

Soft:

·         Mentor and coach to team members

·         Goal oriented, an effective communicator, adept at negotiation and issue resolution and is able to work within project deadlines

·         Learns quickly and is able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

·        

Plus:

·         Healthcare or Insurance experience is a plus

·         IIBA, or PMI certification a plus

Skills and Qualifications

·         Professional with between three and seven years' experience in Business Analysis

·         Experience includes larger complex projects and/or enterprise level projects

·         Exercises personal responsibility and able to work independently

·         Strong aptitude for effectively collaborating with others at all organizational levels

·         Communicates effectively orally and in writing

·         Skilled in technical writing and diagramming

·         Skilled in project and time management

·         Skilled in facilitation, negotiation, complex issue analysis and resolution

·         Able to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

·         Advanced PC skills (MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project)

·         BS/BA desired but will consider equivalent project work experience
