Roles & Responsibilities
• Must work with other programmers, designers, architects and other IT teams (Change Management, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Networking, Database, Engineering, Service Center, Business Partners, etc.) to ensure delivered software meets requirements, performance goals and is in compliance with software development lifecycle processes and standards.
• Ability to recognize and implement opportunities for improvement within existing processes
• Work with clients to find and resolve production issues, find root cause, and implement solutions based on analysis
• Develop program specifications/detail design documents
• Participate in the application design of systems, including use of analytical techniques
• Assists users in testing, training, and preparation for operations.
