Job Title:                           Saleforce.com Admin/Developer

Location:                           Jersey City, NJ

Duration:                           6+ Months/Contract

Interview: Phone and Face 2 Face 

This resource will split between development (40%) and administration (60%) type activities. 

 

Bachelor's Degree required

2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

 

Preferred Skills, Education, Experience:

 

Candidates with the following qualities and experience would fit the bill:

Currently working in a smaller firm doing Salesforce Admin work, such as, data loads, profile changes, who may also be doing some very basic code changes and development. Coding should not be their primary function. Remember, we are looking for someone with 2-4 years of Administrator experience

 

Great training route for someone who wants to learn more about development within a complex organization

Eager to learn and wants to learn

Be willing to be mentored

Financial services experience is great, but not required

No Senior Developers/Coders

Excel experience required – data manipulation, converting files to CSV

Good communication skills
