-          Able to communicate technical details to a non technical as well as technical person

-          A strong dotnet technical lead with ability to design and lead technical architecting discussions.

-          Experience in latest dotnet technologies like Angular JS ,ASP.NET MVC pattern, restful services , database programming concepts

-          Experience in a project which involved data migration.

-          (Desirable – experience in a reengineering project)
