JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED SKILLS
- 10+ Years of IT Experience
- Experience installing and supporting iManage WorkSite/FileSite and related iMange application components is strongly desired.
- Proven experience in implementing release management, continuous delivery process for multiple sites. Background in use of system monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Keynote, or Splunk.
- Extensive scripting experience and SQL query development: Shell, Python, Perl, and/or Powershell.
- Experience with utilities/tools in the iMange Workite Resource Kit desired (e.g. Workspace Generator utility). Experience with debugging using one or more of the following: Visual Studio, Windbg, and Netmon/Wireshark.
- Experience implementing and supporting Legal applications is preferred.
- Role will be expected to act as a technical SME and thought leader within team.
- Responsibilities are as an individual contributor, with the key responsibility of building and managing the Continuous Delivery and Deployment pipeline for assigned LOB applications.
- The role will ensure the successful deployment of new features, fixes, and enhancements to LOB applications within it scope. Demonstrated background in Agile development methods and in the automating development tasks like: build, unit testing
- The role will collaborate extensively with all participants in the software lifecycle, be a key face and understand IT-Business relationship, and must possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Role will be responsible for the complex end-to-end lifecycle of innovation within the clients IT and Business innovation lifecycle.
- The role will be expected to provide technical and operational leadership to other departments and teams to:
- Develop a software release promotion process to efficiently ship quality software
- Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery automation.
- Deploy automation of code builds and deployments
- Resource will be responsible for the delivery of large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external teams in cloud and on-premises.
40% Constructing, supporting, and improving CI/CD pipelines within LOB
50% Supporting the design, development, deployment, and maintenance activities of multi-tiered web applications.
10% Fostering the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement ideas across functional teams including Development, QA, release management and Operations to facilitate faster deployments, shorter lead times in releases.
