The Candidate should manage task delivery in line with the needs of our Client - on time and with quality. This role requires very strong proficient with HP LoadRunner, Neotys Neoload and Performance Center to design and execute performance tests against Applications with a multi-tier architecture. This role also requires good verbal & written communication skills and a great level of flexibility to absorb ad-hoc tasks in addition to the overall assignment. The candidate will be supported by offshore Performance Testing Team and is expected to work very closely with them.

Proficient with HP LoadRunner, Neotys Neoload and Performance Center to design and execute performance tests against Applications with a multi-tier architecture.
• Hands-on Expertise on Web, Citrix and RTE protocols of LoadRunner.
• Technically strong SA having 8+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications.
• 5+ years of experience on any performance testing tool - HP Performance Center / LoadRunner / Neotys Neoload
• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools and native tools
• Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause like Dynatrace, HP diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing JVM based applications.
• Deep knowledge of Java and Mainframe from a performance point of view.
• Experience in both Windows, Unix, Solaris environments
• Strong written, oral & presentation skills.
• Good communication and customer facing skills
• Must have team leading skills.
