Business Analyst – Content Management

Location: Princeton, NJ

Visa: Any (No H1B)

Interview: Phone/Skype

 

Must have Documentum experience.

 

 

Position Summary:

We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst with Content Management and Documentum

experience to implement Life Sciences Content Management solutions to our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Communicate as a liaison between development and business teams

· Assume ownership for maximum production availability that meets business demands

· Work closely with the business community, project manager, development team, and other

analysts to ensure the correct implementation of the business and functional requirements

· Lead testing efforts and ensure defects are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a

timely manner

· Partner with business areas to understand business functions, end-to-end business processes,

and the architecture

· Take the lead in meetings to gather, review and edit requirements, specifications, business

processes and deliver documented recommendations with proposed solutions

 

Key Requirements:

 

· The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience performing business analysis and

requirements capture for regulated pharma content management applications (submissions,

medical affairs, quality, etc.)

· Experience in working with QA and Testing Teams in development of validation documents

· Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, or Life Science industry experience is highly preferred

· Experience in development of appropriate taxonomies and metadata models to support document

management implementations is required

· An understanding of typical regulated document workflows and life cycle is required

· Candidate will also be required to facilitate requirements gathering workshops and review

sessions

· Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with the EMC Documentum Content Management
