Position -- Security Engineer (Network security appliance management)

Location --  Owings Mills, MD

F2F in MD

Contract- 6 months

Only USC / GC / GC EDA / H4 EAD / TN

 

 

Description --

 

 

• Interviews: phone interview, then in person. No skype.
• Top 3 skills: Axway/Cyberark, any identity access management tools, admins experience of identity access management tools, network security appliance management. Similar technology of security access management.

 

 

MUST:

 

• CyberArk Application Password Management tool
• Axway SOA Gateway

 

 

Job Overview:

 

• Will report to the manager of security architecture division. Team is a Gate keeper for all technologies and solutions that are coming in: architecture review, assessments, managing of identity and access systems: user ID', passwords, internal/external- all handled by this department.
• CareFirst has acquired 2 systems: For Web Services which is Axway. The other one is application management tool- CyberArk. Axway is for all the services in CareFirst: web, JMS, accessing a service from outside to CareFirst and everything has to go through Axway. For CyberArk: password management tool: All user interaction has to go through this tool.
• Has a team member who has some internal knowledge of these tools, but in need of an SME that can specialize in these tools.
• Network appliance experience is required. Axway and CyberArk preferred or similar IAM tools. Appliance management experience is required.
• Not a Java/WebService developer or admin role. Looking for true Appliance management resource.
• Someone who has handled gateways, proxy's would be sufficient. Security appliance background is highly needed.
• Resource also should have Web services and password management tool experience.
• Identity access management tools experience.
• 100% on site. Flexibility to work out of Columbia or Owings mills but no remote work at the moment.
• Shortlisting –Thursday AM
• Duration- very long term. At least 1 year, most likely a couple of years.
• Phone screens will start next week.
