Job Description:
) Hands on Technical Lead on the Project for workflow integration and development. Should own and anchor the project delivery for the client
b) Work with IT, business and supporting teams for project delivery
c) Should be an independent contributor apart from liaising with offshore team(s)
2. Mandatory Skill
a. Strong knowledge and experience in Java/Spring Batch
b. Strong knowledge and experience in Core java & J2EE fundamentals and PL/SQL
c. Experience with Unix Operating Systems
d. Strong experience and knowledge in design patterns and designing & architecting applications from ground up
c. Should be an independent hands on contributor
d. Should have hands on experience and exhibit the same during application development
3. Non Mandatory Skill (List out all Technical Skills which would be preferred/ desired)
a. Web Services
4. Non-Technical Requirements
a. Communication Skill -
B. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, willingness to take ownership and accountability
C. Work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment with focus on delivering results
