Title: RSA / GRC Archer Administrator

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Position: 6+ Months

Interview: Phone/Face to Face/Skype

                                                      

Essential Responsibilities / Performance Objectives:

·         Provide analysis and recommendation for solution analysis, design and implementation

·         Identify and evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient and cost effective solution

·         Construct workflow charts and diagrams and creating system mockup screens

·         Analyze business processes and perform gap analysis, impact analysis and feasibility study

·         Analyze data & participate in data upload/migration activities into Archer platform

·         Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests within the business application

·         Conduct user acceptance testing of workflows and modification made to Archer

·         Ensure user experience consistency across processes on the GRC platform

·         Facilitate requirement workshops including user story working sessions

·         Educate product owners/users in best practices and standard out-of-the-box processes/solutions

·         Collect and analyze business requirements; transfer same knowledge to development team

·         Translate business requirements into design recommendations and guidance to the development team 

·         Demonstrate solutions to process owners and users

·         Ensure solutions meet business requirements

·         Support,  advise,  guide  & resolve  problems  for business partners

·         Manage the completion of tasks/deliverables to meet agreed schedules

·         Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams 

 

Educational Requirements:

·         BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant technical field
