Required Skills -

 

• Should be proficient in Veeva  Configuration (Profiles, Permission Sets, Approval Process, MCCP, MSL, CLM, Workflows, VMOC, Reports and Dashboards), Apex Data Loader and Veeva iRep. Knowledge of Veeva Customization (Apex Triggers, Visual Force) will be an added plus

• Prior experience in CRM and Life Sciences is a must

• Hands on experience in Incident, Change and Problem Management processes with prior experience in working in a ITIL framework

• Good knowledge of Pharma domain and related processes (Call Detailing, Sampling, MCCP, Meetings, Medical Enquiry, Closed Loop Marketing etc.)

• At least 3- 4 years of work experience in Veeva/SFDC with certifications (Dev 401 & ADM 201) and overall experience ranging from 46 years

• Should have excellent communication and articulation skills so as to improve customer relationship.
