Role: Salesforce.com Technical Solution Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 7+ Months
Required Skills:
• Strong technical skills with minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Expert level knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com/Salesforce1 platform
• Experience implementing AppExchange applications.
• Knowledge of platform limitations and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with Release and Change Management best practices on the Salesforce platform.
• General experience with real-time integration; experience with integration on the Force.com platform.
• Experience with multiple, complex, and at least one large Salesforce implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process, and/or mul
ti-locale deployment.
• Experience with integration between Salesforce applications and other non-Salesforce applications – including working knowledge of some middleware tools.
• Experience with enterprise architecture in a large, global organization.
• Understanding of best practices and design trade-offs, with the ability to communicate design choices.
• Awareness of data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL tools.
• Awareness of common third-party solution providers for Salesforce.
• Experience designing test plans and evaluating effectiveness.
• Experience with agile project methodology.
• Experience with other SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of internet and cloud architecture.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills: ability to interact with colleagues located worldwide.
