JOB DESCRIPTION
 

Ø  Should have strong Healthcare Domain Experience with work experience as Business Analyst. Interacting with clients, understanding business, system and requirements, Ø  Good Communication skills(Oral and writing)- Mandatory Ø  Ability to work Independently and as well as with team – Mandatory Ø  Knowledge on Design tools like Visio– Added advantage Ø  Responsible for requirement discussions with Business user. Ø  Interact independently with customers. Ø  Convert customer requirement / high level requirement into business requirement Ø  Convert business requirement to functional requirement. Ø  Should know analysis techniques and tools Ø  Handle requirements of concurrent in flight releases. Ø  Liaise with design and development team to get an understanding of the application.  Ø  Deliver status updates and prepare weekly and bi-weekly status reports to be reviewed by the senior leadership and client executives. Ø  Provide guidance and clarify queries on functional requirement documents to the Development and QA team Ø  Updates to any documentation as required Ø  Participation in Global Workshop design sessions Ø  Initiate process improvements, after understanding the system. Ø  Excellent problem solving and organizational skills Ø  Self driven, thoughtful Ø  Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels Ø  Leads others toward technical accomplishments and collaborative project team efforts Ø  Strong written communications, including technical writing Strong analytical and conceptual skills
