Job Description and Requirements:SAP Technical ABAP LeadAbility to lead an offshore team to develop all RICEF objects and troubleshoot using own ABAP skills.
Extensive experience in ABAP development, with both custom development and customizations to existing processes, including use of IDOCs, ALE, RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, LSMW, ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports (Classical and Interactive Reports),Experience with mapping technical business needs to architectures, standards, and reusable assets.Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment.Experience with developing reports, workflows, and metrics within software environment.Knowledge of categorizing and prioritizing analysis and mapping workload for planning and forecasting.Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed.
