Skills/Experience REQUIRED of the assigned staff:
Respondents should be able to offer a technical review team with functional consultants for each of the Oracle HCM or PeopleSoft Pension Administration modules with the following experience:
Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience serving as a functional consultant implementing and/or providing on-going support for the modules for which the consultant is proposed
Must have served as a functional lead for the design and configuration for a new implementation of the proposed module
Must have served as a functional lead or functional team member for a new implementation or upgrade of the proposed module for a public sector client.
