Job Details:

Must Have Skills 
1).NET, C# 4.5
2)MVC 4/5  or Asp.net
3)WebAPI/ WCF
4)Basic SQL server skills (SQL 2012)

Nice to have skills 
1)Mortgage industry experience.
2)No SQL
3)entity framework
4)SSIS

Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
Ability to do low level design and hands on coding as DotNet senior developer
Experience in an agile design methodology would be advantage.
