Mode of Interview:  Telephonic+ Skype Need USC or GC only   The client would like remain unknown they are in the financial services industry  MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist Senior Technology Liaison with projects between IT and Compliance locally and coordinate work with our global counterparts. Partner with Compliance teams to understand their business needs, present opportunities to enable business processes with technology and work with IT to design systems accordingly Coordinate systems development projects for new and/or enhanced applications Escalate key issues that arise to the attention of Compliance Management Manage the relationship with key vendors as well as communicate issues and problem solve. Maintain and track the IT/Compliance Operating procedures and policy for all systems     Profile  COMPETENCIES Required: Working knowledge of bank and broker dealer compliance systems Strong understanding of trading, financial products and related rules/regulations Experience understanding business system requirements and writing technical specifications Experience managing projects and/or relationships between business and technology groups Self-starter who possess excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal oversight TECHNICAL SKILLS Required: Understanding of IT principles and systems  (development background strongly preferred) Experience with vendor compliance/surveillance systems (experience with SmartsBroker, FircoSoft BWise and/or  SAS preferred) Working knowledge of data modeling and development practices  (hands on programming experience preferred) PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE Required: 5+ years of IT experience in a US Bank / Broker Dealer Compliance environment. 5+ years of Compliance experience in a fast paced dynamic environment. EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's Degree or higher education level of experience  LANGUAGE English – Required French – Preferred
