1. Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs
2. Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
3. Recording work progress on a weekly basis
4. Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
5. Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
6. Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
7. Ability to construct user guides and documentation
8. Working experience with Content Management Systems
9. Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
10. Minimum 4-6 years in ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#
11. 5 - 8 years of actual experience in the workplace
12. Good Communication Skills
