Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Allendale, NJ.
Visa: US Citizens or Green Card Holders only. (GC EAD will work)

Service Delivery Resource – a little more assertive – doesn't need much oversight.
Come in manage the queue
Manage releases
Work with technical team (MS) so work is flowing through and moving tickets along
Updates from service now, change control, releases,
Driver – push
Job Description:
Qualifications & experience:
· 5 years of technical support experience
· 2 years of experience in ServiceNow System Owner
· Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory
· Relevant IT Architecture experience
· Experience with IT Service Management, Service
· Experience in web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
· Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies
· Working knowledge of relational databases
· Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
· Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Can work independently and is self-motivated
