Job Description: VMware Focus

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in IT services (preferred working for MSP and/or VAR), providing VMWare management, consulting and support

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, allowing candidates that possess an AS Degree 

• Hands-on experience with: Windows Active Directory, Exchange Server, VMware ESX server, HP or Cisco servers.

Experience in corporate environments in the following disciplines and not limited to:

•               Desired experience with vCops or vRops.

•     Windows 2012 Server certification preferred.

Enterprise class Windows server systems implementations and technologies;

   3+ years' experience with Windows 2012 and 2008 Server deployments

   3+ years' experience with server hardware installations including blade technology.

• Implementing and administrating TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, print services, and other infrastructure components as required for large-scale systems implementations and projects

Skill Required / Desired ; Amount of Experience

• Experience in a like size company and enterprise IS environment, Enterprise class Windows server systems implementations and technologies: Desired 3 Years' experience
• Windows 2012 and 2008 Server deployments and server hardware installations including blade technology: Required 3 Years' experience
• Implementing and administrating TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, print services, and other infrastructure components: Required
• Windows 2012 Server certification: Highly desired
• Work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills: Required
• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in IT services (preferred working for MSP and/or VAR), providing VMWare management, consulting and support: Required 5 Years' experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, however candidates that possess an AS Degree in Network Administration with relevant experience will also be considered: Highly desired
• Hands-on experience with: Windows Active Directory, Exchange Server, VMware ESX server, HP or Cisco servers: Required
• 3-5 years of hands-on VMware design and/or support: Required
• license or certification: MCP + A+/N+ , MCSA/MCSE, CCNA , VMware VCP, ITIL :  Highly desired
• Experience with large VMware environments, deployments and health checks. : Required
• Experience with vCops or vRops: Desired
