Required Skills:

1. Strong Technical Lead and Senior Java Developer with minimum 4 years of Tech Lead experience 

2. Strong comprehension of J2EE Design Patterns 

3. Strong interpersonal skills working with both technical team 

    and business partners

4. Ability to provide senior level technical leadership and direction 

5. Ability to mentor java developers 

6. Hadoop Experience

Technologies - candidates should have experience with:

1. Enterprise application development experience in a large organizations 

2. Soap and Rest based Web service experience (creating and consuming) 

3. Hadoop 

4. Frameworks like Spring 

5. Development tools:  MyEclipse,  CVS, Harvest, Git, ANT, Jboss, Maven, JDBC, Junit, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, XSD 5. Database software:  Oracle

Additional Desired Skills:

1. Insurance industry experience

2. Front end development experience (AngularJS a plus)
