Mandatory Skills

 

Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner.                                                                                            
At least 2+ year of previous experience leading an Agile Scrum team at a fast paced environment.                  
Have work experience of atleast 3 years in development of agile projects.                                                                                    

Worked on story planning & driving projects to meet business deliveries in recommended timelines. 
Masnaging internal dynamics in cross functional teams & facilitate discussions for alternative approaches.
Ensure agile principles are adhered to & Agile ceremonies are happening.
Ability to guide team to remove roadblocks; iimprove team productivity, stakeholder management & nake the tough calls.
Sheild the team from external distractions to stay focused on sprint commitments

 

Preferred Skills

 

Possession of a BS or BE degree in CS or Engineering.
Prior experience working in Media advertising based project is highly preferred.
Familiarity with ALM Tools - Rally, JIRA, VersionOne & relevant Microsoft suite of products.
Skilled in Change Management & Release Management.

 

Job Roles/Responsibilities

 

Organizes and facilitates backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint sign-off, demo, retrospective meetings and other release planning elated activities.
Tracks team velocity, sprint health and sprint/release progress.                                                                    
Ensures Development Teams are practicing core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.        
Works with Product Owners to define priorities, maintain healthy product backlog & resolve any business related dependencies.                                                                                 
Participates proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices. 
Captures and reports key metrics to leadership team and provides recomemndations around process improvements.
