Title: SQL Server Developer (SSIS Developer)
Duration: Long term

Role Description:
We are seeking an exceptional SQL Server Developer with 8+ years of experience to provide new development support for next gen Enterprise data warehouse. The applicant must have an extensive background performing all aspects of Microsoft SQL Server. The applicant must understand core business processes such as identifying issues and working with others to understand and fix problems. He or she will report to the Director of Data Warehouse and will be part of a development team. The applicant must have a high attention to detail, be results oriented, be able to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, be a team player, and adaptable to a fast paced environment.
Position Essential Functions:
· Provide development support to the data warehouse.
· Develop application solutions from documented business requirements with little supervision.
· Design, develop, create tables and other database objects.
· Develop new and update existing SSIS export/import jobs
· Support data integrity in all environments.
· Perform code reviews of development team's stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
· Support, upgrade, and maintain SSIS packages.
· Perform ad-hoc SQL reporting per project or request
· Work on new data related projects.
· Interface with internal colleagues and external vendors.
Position Qualifications:
· 8+ years of solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012 and above).
· Fundamental knowledge of SQL Server architecture and relational database concepts.
· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server tools, including use of Query Analyzer, Management Studio, Profiler, SSIS, and scheduled jobs.
· Excellent SQL Server skills, stored procedures, functions, queries, and triggers.
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must; technologically savvy
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
· Adaptable and flexible during time constraints and changing schedules
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent teamwork skills
· Meticulous attention to detail with an appreciation for the relationship between system reliability and company success.
· Knowledge in SSAS and SSRS a plus, but not required
