Job Description

 

·         Should have strong SIP background with strong knowledge of SIP event flow End to End.

·         Strong knowledge and experience in Genesys SIP Server (familiarity in installation/configuration/troubleshooting/high availability is necessary as well), Good Experience in SIP server, configuration of VoIP DNs, Resource Manager, and Media Servers.

·         Should have extensive experience in deployment of Genesys SIP Server and GVP (Gateway, PSTN connector, Supplementary Service gateway etc), GVP Reporting
