·         Lead SAP SCM / APO Consultant with over 15+ years of SAP experience includes over 9 years of SCM with multiple full cycle implementations and upgrade experience

·         Hands on implementation experience in designing and deploying Supply Chain Solutions in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Hi-Tech / Semiconductors & Manufacturing Industries

·         Extensive hands on experience with ECC, APO DP, SNP, PP/DS and gATP modules.

·         Integrated software applications with SAP modules under different versions of SAP ECC and SCM environment. Loaded data using APO BAPI interface from non-SAP systems.

·         Modeled SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW/BI) and extracted data analyzing and extracting data into SAP APO DP.

·         Extensive experience in Demand Planning (DP) including setting up Storage, Planning buckets, Fiscal Year Variance, Planning Object Structure, Planning Area, Planning Versions, Realignment, Interactive Planning, Planning Books, Data Views, collaborative Planning, Forecasting Models, Macros, Forecasting Profiles, Life cycle planning, Phase In, Phase out, like Profiles, Selection profiles, Batch Forecasting, Aggregation, Disaggregation, CVCs, Alerts, Characteristics and Key Figures.

·         Configured Supply Network Planning (SNP) including SNP Horizon, Planning methods using Heuristics, Optimization & CTM, Capacity leveling, Deployment, Transportation Load Builder, (TLB), Planning Area Administration, Books, Data views, Location Master, Product Master, Resources, Transportation Lanes, Quota Arrangements, Production Process Model (PPM) and Production Data Structure (PDS).

·         Devised and advised clients on cost optimization logics and implemented the same using SAP SNP Optimizer

·         Extensive experience in Blue Printing, Creation of PoCs for Supply Chain Solutions in APO DP, SNP & gATP. Also has expertise in defining SCM Metrics and design reports with right format and content and extracting them thro' Business Explorer (BEx)

·         Configuration experience in Global Available to Promise (GATP) including Capable-To-Promise (CTP), Multilevel ATP Check (MATP), Rule-Based ATP Check, Correlation Calculation, Third-Party Order Processing, Backorder Processing and Scheduling, Availability Check, Forecast check, Product availability check and Product Allocations.

·         Extensive experience in SAP R/3 PP/MM module configuration for purchasing, MRP, Consumption Based Planning, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, movement types, Vendor master, Purchase info records, ASN's (Advance Shipping Notifications) from Vendors
