Role : eCommerce Business Analyst
Duration :12-15 months
Location : NYC, NY

 

Skills

1.  3-5 years of ecommerce business analyst experience.

2.  Experience working on e-commerce websites, website optimization, ecommerce, user experience, and web analytics

3.  Experience with Ruby on Rails preferred

4.  Define and create use cases and use case diagrams

5.  Experience writing user stories

6.  Experience in facilitating prioritization across multiple business stakeholders

7.  Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics

8.  Strong technical knowledge of web technology efficiencies and conversion performance.

9.  Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experienced in using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

10.   Ability to debug data using query tools ie. Access, MySQL, Oracle a plus

11.   Define project tasks, test plans, test cases and participate in both the QA and UAT process.

12.   Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative

13.   Good communication skills
