Skills required :-

 

•              Ability to huddle with customers to gather requirements

•              Excellent collaboration skills

•              Java/.NET systems working knowledge

•              Excellent written skills – to write FRD/BRD/TSD (Functional Requirements Document/Business Requirements Document, Technical System Design Documents etc

•              Ability to work in a multi customer, Mullti Vendor Scenario is a must

•              Ability to handle an overlap with offshore teams

•              Ability to write good emails

•              Proactive communication
