Job Title: Manhattan WM Consultant

Location: New Albany, OH

Position Type: Contract

Duration: 6+ Months

Years of experience required    5-7 Years

 

Job Description:

·         Issue resolution for existing Manhattan Applications (WMOS, LM and Slotting).

·         Coordinate with Manhattan CSO to get resolutions for defects identified in Production.

·         Document resolution steps to the Knowledge repository

·         Develop and Execute test cases as part of System Testing for SDNs delivered by Manhattan CSO

·         Execute test cases as part of ongoing project to implement WMOS in DC2

·         Provide testing Support during the testing phase, and help in troubleshooting issues that come up in testing

·         Defect Triage related to DC2 implementation

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or related field (required)

·         4+ years working on Manhattan WMOS and LM

·         Good understanding of Manhattan technology and architecture, Experience on WMOS 2011 version or higher is preferable

·         Should have participated in Manhattan WMOS and LM implementation projects

·         Knowledge of Slotting is a plus

·         Must possess knowledge on SQL and basic UNIX commands. Shell scripting experience would be preferable.

·         Strong understanding of WMS concepts, particularly around retail and/or DTC operations

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced business and IT associates

·         Excellent analytical skills with the ability to breakdown and effectively communicate complex business and technical processes, problems, and issues

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking across several projects

·         Knowledge of Integration architecture and how communications/integrations work with different systems

·         Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short term perspectives of situations

·         Knowledge and experience with SCOPE Studio will be a plus

·         Personal Attributes: Confident, Self-starter, Strong work ethic, Highly motivated, Sense of humor, A Winning 'Will-Do' attitude, Team oriented
