Position: Quality Analyst Lead
Location: Libertyville, IL (Only Local)
Duration: 6+ Months
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
•Coordinate with Business and Technical teams (ADG groups) to understand the business flows and requirements
•Responsible for driving coordination, communication, work assignments and execution of all testing phases for functional area (including cross functional areas).
•Participate in Requirements, Design Review meetings, BPA and Process Narrative sessions
•Accountability for traceability / coverage / monitoring of solution requirements.
•Ensure reusability and transference for all test cases
•Create Test Plan folders as per the assigned work in JAMA
•Create testing schedule and assign work items (Test Cases) to Test Analysts
•Test Cases and Test Results reviews of functional area (e.g. follows defined processes for correctness and completeness)
•Ensure all entrance and exit criteria are met
•Peer review of test cases for functional peers
•Verification of test results for assigned functional area
•Ensure documentation and evidence for auditability
•Act as a SME for Test Cases development and execution. (Provide clarifications, guidance, issue resolution)
•Mentor, provide training and arrange Learning sessions for Test Analysts as needed
•Work with Project Manager for updating Project Plan with Tasks, Dependencies, Schedule , Resource loading and projecting Staffing requirements
•Analyze work and provide effort estimates for the planning and resources - reforecasting work delivery
•Managing solution changes, risks and issues
•Track and monitor delivery progress and prepare Weekly Status Reports
•Work with test analysts to review, track and monitor team defects.
•Coordinate with PM and Defect Coordinator for defect tracking, reports and metrics
•Work with Test Data Coordinator to ensure that Test Data is available as needed and resolve any issues related to Test Data Management
•Define processes and templates for writing Test Cases, Reviews, Test Execution and Defects Management
•Accountable for functional area quality
•Successful training and onboarding of resources
•Interview and select resources. Manage team quality and performance.
