Required Skills
•    Developer must have 6 years IT experience.
•    Minimum 3 years of IBM Cognos experience designing, developing, maintaining reports and modeling data (v10.2).
•    Experience using Report Studio, Analysis Studio and Framework Manager.
•    Experience developing and enforcing data modeling standards.
•    Experience working with relational databases and Dimensional Databases.
•    Proficient in implementing user level and data level securities within Cognos .
•    Two or more years of experience being able to map design documents and solutions that match the business requirements.
•    Experience working with programming concepts
•    Expert in writing SQL and performance tuning SQL.
•    Ability to complete solid unit testing on your own work.
•    Ability to create requirement documents, tech specs, unit test results, estimation documents, road maps, and architecture diagrams.
•    Ability to analyze requirements and direct to an appropriate solution that will fit within a reasonable technical maintainable design.
