Job Description on Java/ J2EE tester:-

This is a white box tester role and involves complete hands-on work with the platform. The test engineer will be involved in all phases of software delivery, from design to release and production support, and will be involved in development of test automation frameworks and test suites for next generation supplier chain marketplace.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

5-7 years of software test experience

Must have good white box testing experience

Has done QA testing

Thinks through vulnerabilities, scenarios, coverage

Can write JUnit tests, and use CasperJS and Jenkins

Must be able to create automated test cases using JUnit/ TestNg or similar tools

Working knowledge of Linux and shell or scripting language

Must be able to perform White box testing

Must be a quick thinker and address  vulnerabilities, scenario coverage 

Understand the technical aspects of the products used to support the configuration management activities of the development process

Enforce process compliance

Create and execute approved test plans and analyzes and report results

Create and maintain automated tests

Able to perform load/stress/performance testing, must be able to use CasperJS and Jenkins java profiling tools, logging, web infrastructure.
