Senior Software Engineer/Senior Application Developer

Duration: 6 months
The UMMS IT Department is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (or Application Developer) to assist with a variety of time sensitive deployments for the State Supplemental Payments Automation Project.
The right candidate will have expertise in:
- .Net development
- SQL server database management and scripting, modern development tools, Rapid Application Development, and Agile Scrum. A team-focused, client satisfaction driven individual is an ideal candidate.
- The candidate should have excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to work directly with the client, as well as with all IT departments.
- Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, provide technical consulting on complex projects, have experience in formal quality review processes, and ensure quality control through testing and debugging software.
