Job Title : Sr.Scrum Master
Location : Manhattan, NY
Duration : 6-12+Months Contract
Required Experience:
5 to 10 years minimum experience as acting scrum master and agile coach with proven record of delivery excellence through collaboration (industry certification preferred)
Strong leadership skills to influence team, leadership and surrounding community toward effective solution delivery
Ability to support multiple delivery teams concurrently both as scrum master and coach, requires ability to coach team into self-sustained and independent delivery practices
Familiarity with agile delivery tools such as JIRA, VersionOne, Leankit a plus
Capabilities in other delivery skills desired, including analysis, testing, deployment facilitation
Excellent written and oral communication
