National retail organization is seeking an Sr. Teradata Developer to join their team for a 4 month special project.

Skills Required:

•              5 to 7 years experience in application systems development.

•              Experience in Windows-based application development environments.

•              Minimum of 5 years programming experience in VB 6.0 technology.

•              Minimum of three years' programming experience in writing complex SQL (Teradata SQL a plus).

•              Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•              Ability to analyze data and data relationships.

•              Ability to translate both business requirements and technical details.

•              Ability to independently design programs and test plans.

•              Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel, Project.

•              ASP/VB dot-Net, VBScript, Excel VBA, HTML, XML, Teradata, Teradata Utilities, Teradata SQL Assistant.

•              Technical Skills: JCL, TSO, ROSCOE, ENDEVOR, CPMA , Data Warehousing, Data Modeling Experience.

•              Strong testing skills: DB2, DATACOM, COBOL, Java, Both Mainframe and Client/Server experience.
