Overview & Responsibilities:
SUMMARY
Applies advanced level technical skills to large business systems and problems. Understanding of Portal Administration configuration techniques and the impact on the deployed portal applications have on the business. Will work as technical lead/expert on IBM products for the Online marketing – E-Commerce department. Works with Portal Application tools and other non-IBM products to deploy campaigns, site changes, as well as other related tactical pieces to meet the goals of the organization.

| IBM commerce, & PORTAL DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT a) Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and unit testing components in a highly iterative and agile manner for IBM WebSphere Portal and IBM WebSphere Web Content Management and IBM commerce Enterprise b) Responsible for creation of themes, personalization and integration of portlets into existing infrastructure of portal and ibm commerce. c) Responsible for coordinating with team members to achieve desired results. d) Manages day to day relationship with various stakeholders (web). e) Responsible for execution/implementation the design of designated company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality. f) Ensure that release conforms to all security standards and other non-functional requirements g) Ensures web pages are functional across different browser types; conducts tests to verify functionality.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT a) Plan and deploy content publishing via various content management systems/technologies. b) Responsible for working closely with the business areas to understand requirements and advise on technical solutions and feasibility. c) He/She will be the resident expert within the business area on IBM WebSphere , Web Content Management (WCM) and Content Management technologies. d) He/She will work with project Technical Leads to identify critical/new components. e) Create, socialize and mentors the use of design and coding best practices and standards. WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION & ANALYTICS:
a) Create and maintain key standard web reports and dashboards b) Manage and produce all reporting requirements and web analytics functions for the websites.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years experience in designing, developing and implementing IBM WebSphere Portal products.
- 3+ years in Content Management design, architecture and implementation
- 2+ in API and UI development
- (Java /J2EE), JavaScript, html (html5), CSS
- Knowledge of IBM portal architecture, Content Management systems and Web analytics such as Omniture site catalyst, GA, Coremetrics
