Details of Software Configuration Management SCM Positions

Location- Atlanta, GA

Long Term Project

Rate -$45-$50/hr on c2c

 

JD

Software Configuration Management/ Build and Release Engineer (3 resources)

•                  At least 5 years of experience in Software Configuration & Change Management processes & implementation across different environments (Development, Test, Production).

•                  At least 3 years of experience in creating and maintaining UCM (Unified Change Management) and Branches for multiple release management in SVN.

•                  At least 3 years of experience in implementation for code merging, check-in, check-out versioning and administration.

•                  At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle for implementing Enterprise level systems.

•                  Excellent knowledge of Subversion

•                  Intermediate knowledge of Unix

•                  Knowledge of Maven, Nexus, JIRA, Quality Center, Rally and  Jenkins is a plus.

•                  Excellent  written  and verbal communication skills

•                  Willing to work variable shifts

 

Software Configuration Tools / Build and Release Engineer (2 resources)

•                  Strong Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows OS, Cloud

•                  Strong knowledge of coding in  Perl and Unix Shell Scripting

•                  Manage code repository with version control tools - Subversion

•                  Strong understanding of source version control, branching and merge strategies.

•                  Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment tools - Jenkins

•                  Knowledge of continuous delivery tool sets – Maven and Nexus

•                  Knowledge of Code Coverage Tool - SONAR

•                  Experience with build automation and continuous integration process implementations

•                  Creating and updating build jobs and build workflow in Jenkins

•                  Knowledge of Atlassian/JIRA System

•                  Strong troubleshooting skills

•                  Ability to handle multiple projects and be able to multi-task
