POSITION

Automation Test Lead

Phoenix, AZ

3+years

$50/hr

 

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years' experience in Information Technology in a large corporate environment                                       

5+ years' experience in Test automation                                             

3+ years' experience with Ruby on Rails                                                              

3+ years' experience with Selenium                                                       

3+ years' experience with HP Quality Center / ALM                                                       

3+ years' experience in HP QTP / UFT Tool                                                       

Must have experience in Test automation assessments                                                                

Must have development and implementation experience with testing Frameworks                                                     

Must have the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from raw data and show demonstrable proof.                                                                 

Must have Team Lead experience in driving/managing the execution of testing teams, reporting the results (metrics) and mentoring or training team members.                                                         

Must be self-motivated with the desire to seek ways to improve systems/processes with a high quality (identifying small improvements without being asked)                                                        

Must have experience working in a fast-paced and hectic environments                                                             

Must be detail-oriented and have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within a complex and dynamic environment                                                 

Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining timeliness and accuracy and show demonstrable proof.                                                   

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing                                                         

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Application Testing Software programs in Cross Browser and Mobile Labs                     

Experience designing, developing and executing software test automation strategies
