· Experience in developing Web application and data exchange services using ASP.Net, C#, Oracle, WCF/Web Services, SOA, Java Script, Jscript.
· Experience with UI design using Visual Studio 2010/2008
· Experience with .Net development using
· Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing
· Experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (TFS)
· Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels
· Knowledge of Incremental Development Methodologies
· Experience working with Government agencies
· Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
· Ability to analyze problems and develop
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management
· Ability to manage work time efficiently to complete multiple tasks.
